Matthew Joined Advantage Credit in June 2024 as part of the Inbound Customer Engagement team before moving to the Client Care team. He’s worked in customer service since 2008. From hospitality to banking, he brings a wide variety of knowledge to our team.
Matthew was born and raised in Northern California, and has lived in Idaho, Oregon, and Montana before coming back to his home state. He enjoys spending time with his close friends, hanging out with his cats, playing video games, listening to music, and watching movies. Matthew’s hobbies include photography, painting, writing, and expressing his creativity however he can.
