Elena joined Advantage Credit in June 2015. She brings with her 17 years of customer service experience, the last 5 years of which have been spent in the credit reporting industry during which time her roles included not only working in customer service, but also training. She also worked in auditing and with flood determinations and a portfolio product.
Originally from New York, Elena has lived 11 different states including Puerto Rico, her most recent move being to South Dakota from Colorado. She enjoys fishing and competing in BBQ Competitions with her husband, having won several awards! Elena is a die hard Green Bay Packers and Chicago Blackhawks fan and, having quite a diverse taste in music (rock, classic rock, hip hop and classic country music) has attended a multitude of concerts over the years. She truly enjoys spending time with her husband of seven years!
