Amy joined Advantage Credit’s Inbound Call Operator Department in May 2019 with over 25 years in the Customer Service field. GREAT customer service is very important to her and she loves how ACI puts that first! She has since moved to Client Care Group and is excited to be part of this awesome team!
Growing up in Virginia, Amy moved out West, even to Hawaii, but she settled down back close to home in good ol’ North Carolina. She has two amazing sons and is married to her best friend!! In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family (to include 3 crazy dogs), camping, gardening, working on DIY projects with her husband and being an EMT running calls with the Volunteer Fire Department of which she is a member.
